Singapore, 30 March 2009 – CATS Recruit, in its capacity as media partner, has teamed up with Hewitt Associates for the Best Employers in Singapore 2009 study.
Now already in its fifth year, this study is a rigorous assessment that shortlists a select cadre of employers who have delivered outstanding value through employee engagement. Over 50 companies in Singapore, representing a sample of over 50,000 employees, participated in the survey.
Commencing in Sept 2008, participating companies were assessed by an independent panel of judges. Judging criteria included the extent of employee engagement, alignment to organisational goals, leadership effectiveness and others. These stringent assessment standards make this study is a litmus test which ensures that organisations making the grade are high-performance entities that deliver value through a highly motivated and aligned workforce.
Previous winners have included industry-leading organisations like The Ritz-Carlton, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Federal Express, Microsoft and other prestigious companies with high brand equity.
On March 31, 11 winners will be announced at an award ceremony at M Hotel.
Your journalist, photographer and/or film crew are invited to cover this event.
