Cooking Demonstration by Celebrity Chef Tan Yong Hua: Hotel and restaurant industry veteran for 28 years and winner of multiple awards, Chef Tan Yong Hua will be sharing his recipe on how to cook a hearty Carob Osmanthus Chicken Leg on 14 September, Saturday at 2.15pm.
Healthy Cooking Demonstration by Celebrity Chef Anna Phua: Chef Anna Phua is a renowned nutrition expert with over 40 years of culinary experience under her belt. She also actively appears on TV shows and is an author of 8 best-selling books. She will be sharing tips on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Visitors will get to know more about the ketogenic diet and taste sumptuous food cooked with Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) oil. This demo will take place on 14 September, Saturday at 3.15pm.
Daily Baking Demo by SSA Culinary Institute: During these demonstrations, Star Chef Germaine will be sharing her recipe of Osmanthus Water Chestnut Crystal Cake, Gateau Breton with Apricot Marmalade and others, with tips and secrets to transform a baking-rookie into a baking-pro!
