Singapore, 18 March 2019 - The much-awaited 16th edition of the Food & Beverage Fair is back from 21 – 24 March at Singapore Expo Hall 5!
Bigger than ever, visitors can look forward to a huge variety of food & beverage products from over 200 local and international exhibitors, super deals from our all-time favourite home-grown brands and exclusive new launches.
They will get to savour tasty offerings such as tantalising Mala delights, refreshing Pink Coconut water, Mao Shan Wang Mochi, Hainanese Chicken Rice Pau, Chilli Clam Noodles and many more.
The event is also jam-packed with engaging and buzzing stage activities featuring diverse programmes ranging from exclusive showcases, health talks, lucky draws, cooking demonstrations to music performances.
Engaging and Buzzing Stage Activities
Tofu-Tasting Competition（我最爱吃豆腐比赛）: Are you a supertaster? In this competition, contestants will have to taste and identify the different types of Tofu. The winner will take home a Bar Fridge and 1-year’s worth of Tofu, noodles, Udon and desserts.
The Tofu-Tasting Competition will take place on 23 March, Saturday at 3pm.
Healthy Bento Making Competition（我最爱吃得健康比赛）: Contestants will compete to see who can make the most visually appealing, healthy and nutritious bento. Be ready to judge this exciting competition and see the unlimited combinations of a healthy bento! The winner will walk away with a hamper filled with Tofu, noodles, Udon and desserts.
The Healthy Bento Making Competition will take place on 24 March, Sunday at 3pm.
Daily Baking Demo by SSA Culinary Institute: During these demonstrations, Star Chef Germaine will be sharing recipes for Italian Apple Cake, Rice Bibingka, etc. with tips and secrets to transform a baking rookie into a baking pro!
Daily 168 Lucky Number Draw by SPH: Stand to win attractive sponsorship prizes and $168 cash prizes with cut out coupons from Lianhe Wanbao and Shin Min Daily News.
