Shape Yoga returns for its 10th edition

Singapore, 1 November 2018 - Shape magazine's successful signature yoga event, Shape Yoga, will welcome 500 women to a new outdoor venue - Singapore Management University (SMU) Campus Green this Saturday (3 November) morning.

This is the 10th edition of Shape Yoga, Singapore's largest women's outdoor yoga event, organised by Shape, the complete mind and body guide for women which is published by SPH Magazines Pte Ltd (SPH Magazines).

This year, participants will enjoy two invigorating sessions - Fun Flow Vinyasa Flow and Buddy Yoga. The Buddy Yoga segment, a popular favourite in past Shape Yoga events, makes a return to inspire all participants to try exciting (and Insta-worthy) yoga moves in a safe and guided environment. Also new this year is a 30-minute meditation session led by instructors from Pure Yoga. At the end of the three sessions, participants will get to enjoy a nutritious breakfast, courtesy of Dian Xiao Er and Mr Bean.

Shape Yoga attendees will also receive an Under Armour top (worth $39), a bottle of OpticBac Probiotics (worth $32) and other treats.

The dress code for this year's Shape Yoga is Colours (Or Anything Fun) and participants can expect to see SMU Campus Green awashed with a kaleidoscope of colours. There will also be a fun and interactive photo wall for memories to be captured and shared.

Shape’s Associate Editor Estelle Low said: “As the nation’s love for yoga continues to grow, Shape brings a fun, fresh and accessible event to all. Everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, will enjoy the Vinyasa, meditation and buddy yoga sessions at Shape Yoga 2018. We’re looking forward to another successful event that will inspire women to stay active and keep calm in this fast-paced society.”
