Refining service quality and raising national standards through life-long learning

Developing Myanmar’s knowledge economy is key to the country’s economic development as the government recognises the need to train and develop its future workforce. The government has made reforms of the entire higher education system a priority, further highlighting the importance of human capital to the country’s economic development progress. Capitalising on this opportunity, MTDE2016 will gather local and regional exhibitors to tap on the high growth and multi sectorial human capital development and vocational training within Myanmar’s hospitality, retail, tourism and IT solution sectors. This expo not only targets at young employees who are eager to improve their employability and job prospects, but also employers who are keen to upgrade their management expertise as part of staff retention.
