International Influencer Nicole Warne from Gary Pepper is Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore’s June 2016 cover star

Singapore, 16 May 2016 – This June, Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore focuses on social media — its influencers, its hold on Generation Y, and how it is slowly yet steadily turning into the go-to mode of communication. International social media maven Nicole Warne is hence the cover star of the June 2016 issue.

Warne’s impeccable style and strong business acumen has grown Gary Pepper from a small online store, to an internationally renowned fashion, beauty, travel and lifestyle website. A true trailblazer in more ways than one, Warne has firmly sealed her position as one of the world’s biggest digital influencers. Her personal achievements include being the first ever digital influencer to sign with IMG’s talent management division, multiple features in international high-fashion magazines and numerous high profile collaborations with premium brands.

The June 2016 cover and spread are styled by Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore’s Senior Fashion Editor Windy Aulia, and shot by renowned photographer and BAZAAR’s frequent collaborator Yu Tsai, with Fashion News Editor Gerald Tan giving the inside story on what makes the Gary Pepper Girl tick. This collaboration between Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore and Warne comes in the trail of the huge success of its June 2015 cover feature of The Blonde Salad’s Chiara Ferragni, and her niche in this ever-growing social media realm. 
 
Warne will be in Singapore on 18 May, for the launch of Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore’s June issue and an intimate dialogue session BAZAAR Editor-In-Chief Kenneth Goh. During the session she will share her personal journey - how she elevated Gary Pepper from a humble blog to a global brand - along with useful tips on how one can make an impact in the social media scene today. Warne will also be the special guest at the opening party of the Harper’s BAZAAR Asia NewGen Fashion Awards 2016 Exhibition at Scotts Square, in support of Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore’s efforts to discover and nurture young fashion design talent around the region.

The June issue of Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore is out on newsstands on 18 June 2016.
