Singapore, 13 July 2015 --- Following the recent launch of the Apple Watch in Singapore, Lianhe Zaobao, the Chinese flagship newspaper of Singapore Press Holdings, has launched its own app for Apple Watch, allowing users to access breaking news on the new gadget.

Lianhe Zaobao is the first Chinese newspaper in Asia to create and launch a developed app for the Apple Watch.

Starting today, users can receive breaking news from Lianhe Zaobao on the Apple Watch. They can choose to read the news headlines or bookmark the news to read it later on Lianhe Zaobao's iPhone app at their leisure. Apple Watch users can access nine breaking news stories from Lianhe Zaobao any time of the day.
