Reunion of Tradition at Paragon

Singapore, 23 January 2015 - Set your sights on a blooming tradition and indulge in a wealth of dazzling gifts and celebration at Paragon.  A host of festive privileges await all shoppers from 23 January to 18 February 2015 with exclusives for Citibank cardmembers.

The Chinese New Year décor theme at Paragon this year features a modern, minimalist interpretation of Chinese culture and art. Entranced by classic and elegant ornate chinoiserie prints, auspicious red, touches of gold with colourful birds to welcome Spring.  

1. Citibank Cards Exclusive

  • · Citi Paragon WORLD MasterCard members will receive $30 Paragon Shopping vouchers with a minimum of $380 charged at Paragon. Citi Paragon Platinum MasterCard and other Citibank Credit/Debit cardmembers will receive $20 Paragon shopping vouchers.
  • · Citi Paragon WORLD MasterCard members who top up their purchases to $1300¹ (maximum 3 same-day receipts) at Paragon, will also receive a Crabtree & Evelyn Diffuser.
  • · Citibank Credit/Debit cardmembers who spend a minimum of $16,000² (maximum 3 same-day receipts) at Paragon, will receive an Etro pouch worth $450.

2. Privileges for all Shoppers

  • · Receive exclusively designed Hong Baos and Mandarin Orange Carrier with minimum $1803 spent in a single receipt at Paragon. 
  • · Spend a minimum of $8004 in Paragon to receive a special edition Lohei Plate.


Promotion is valid from 23 January – 18 February 2015, unless otherwise stated and for purchases made in Paragon only. For all redemptions, Citibank Cardmembers are required to present their NRIC, same-day shop receipt(s), Citibank Credit, Debit or Ready Credit Card and charge slip(s) upon redemption at the Paragon Concierge, Level 1. Valid for one redemption per Citibank Cardmember per day on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. Citibank Cardmembers are entitled to 1 redemption per day only notwithstanding the number of Citibank Credit, Debit or Ready Credit Cards owned. Not applicable for bill payments and voucher purchases. For installment plans, only one redemption is allowed for the total purchase amount. Receipts utilized for redemption in the promotion will not be applicable to other ongoing mall or outlet promotions. Redemption is to be done on the same day of purchase at Paragon Concierge, Level 1. Staff from Paragon stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers. Splitting of receipts for multiple redemptions is also not permitted.

Shoppers can immerse in the Chinese New Year mood with The Wardrum Percussionists, a dramatic drum performance by the award winning Wen Yang Lion Dance Troupe. The troupe will perform their “War Drum” performance, as well as their signature “Cai Qing”, which creatively combines heritage arts to venerate the indefatigable spirit of the Chinese people.
