Besides retaining its PDF electronic newspaper, the revamped app has leveled up its content offering, functionality and app design for its digital subscribers. Non-subscribers will also able to access Breaking News, News Videos, selected Special Reports and limited portion of the pay-walled content.
The first version of the Lianhe Zaobao iPad app, released in February 2012, was created to provide a digital version of the newspaper for users to consume news on tablets.
The latest version of the iPad app incorporates this e-paper with an all-new tablet design interface, enabling users a full suite of reading experience. The enhancements include:

SPH REIT is a Singapore-based REIT established principally to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used primarily for retail purposes in Asia-Pacific, as well as real estate-related assets.
