It is also the only Singapore entry among other global names like Time, USA Today, Forbes, Huffington Post, WSJ and ESPN.For the sixth year running, the SEA honours the best talents and the movers and shakers of the Asian entertainment scene in the past year. The website is designed to cater to user behaviour on a cross-channel and multi-media platform, with more innovative UX design methodology empowered with advanced web technologies such as jQuery, CSS and HTML using Bootstrap framework (responsiveness).The dynamic informative news and video content created an added edge, providing a grip to the site for returning visits. With aesthetic display and user-friendly functions, users stay engaged on both desktop and mobile devices. Complex voting process is made simpler with strategic focal points and illustrated on clear indicative status panel. A total of 2.95 million votes for the “Most Popular" and "Best" categories for SEA 2014 were received online and via SMS during the voting period from 27 February to 9 April.
