Singapore, 2 April 2014 – Fans of Asian entertainment artistes now have more reasons to cheer – the annual Singapore Entertainment Awards (SEA) or 新加坡e乐大赏 is inviting fans to vote for the Asian artiste they hope to see performing at the SEA post-awards party. Voters stand to win tickets to this exclusive post-awards party. Details of the party will be released at a later date.
Presented by iAPPS, a targeted communication and connection application developer, this new voting category allows fans to show their support for their favourite artistes and also get the exclusive opportunity to win tickets to meet the stars that they have voted for. The last day to vote is 10 April. The current top five artistes as voted by fans are: 1. Alien Huang

Fans who wish to vote need to first log on to sg.shownearby.com on any mobile device or scan a Singapore Entertainment Awards QR Code (see attached) that can be found in SPH’s Chinese newspapers (note: the mobile device’s “Location” must be turned on).
Subsequently, they just need to click on the “ShowMe My Artiste” banner to get to the voting page and participate.
The sixth Singapore Entertainment Awards is organised by Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (SPH) and fronted by SPH’s leading entertainment media platforms Lianhe Wanbao, omy.sg, UFM100.3 and U-Weekly.
It honours the best talents as well as the movers and shakers in Singapore and Asia in the last year, and also promotes the local and regional entertainment scene. Over 30 awards will be presented this year, across a wide spectrum from music, movies, dramas to concerts. The "Most Popular" awards are determined by public voting while the awards in the "Best" categories are judged by a professional panel comprising local and overseas media, as well as entertainment industry experts.Voting for the “Most Popular” awards are still on-going till 9 April. Two lucky voters stand a chance to win a pair of return air tickets to Seoul (excluding airport taxes and surcharges) or $500 cash.
From now till 9 April 2014, public voting for the 15 "Most Popular" categories can be done online at sgeawards.omy.sg or via SMS 146077877 in this format: sgeawards<space>category + number<space>NRIC<space>Name.
Winners of the SEA 2014 will be announced in end April 2014.

SPH REIT is a Singapore-based REIT established principally to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used primarily for retail purposes in Asia-Pacific, as well as real estate-related assets.
