Get a head start on your nuptials at The New Paper Wedding Planner 2013

Singapore, 31 December 2012 – The New Paper Wedding Planner 2013, organised by Singapore Press Holdings' CATS Classified, is the perfect place to start making plans for the perfect wedding. The three-day event, which is supported by Marriage Central, will be held from 4 to 6 January 2013 at VivoCity. Admission is free. 

One-stop venue for wedding needs

Since 2002, The New Paper Wedding Planner exhibition has established itself as a comprehensive one-stop venue for couples sourcing for wedding related products and services. There will be more than 20 exhibitors (see Annex 1 for full list of exhibitors) from bridal houses, hotels/venue providers, restaurants, to jewellery shop Love & Co. and wine retailer Delphin Singapore participating in the first edition of this year’s The New Paper Wedding Planner. A supplement will be published in CATS Fastads in The New Paper on 4 January, Friday.

Bridal fashion show

Brides-to-be can glean ideas on what they would like to wear on their big day from a showcase of the latest in wedding fashion. On Saturday and Sunday, six The New Paper New Face girls will be presenting gowns from three bridal houses - Julia Wedding News, French Bridal and White Link. There will also be a performance of love songs by Sparkle Live Music.

Gifts and prizes

Visitors who make a purchase at the event will receive an exquisite ring pillow they can use on their big day worth $20. They also stand to win attractive prizes worth more than $10,000 in a Buyers' Lucky Draw. (see Annex 2 for more details)

Love & Co. and Royal Plaza on Scotts are sponsoring the prizes for the Buyers’ Lucky Draw. Marriage Central, a one-stop resource point under the National Family Council, is also a supporter of the TNP Wedding Planner. Ten couples will get to attend the Love Notes course developed by Marriage Central and the first 800 couples who join Marriage Central’s mailing list will receive an exclusive goodie bag from them.
