Identify trends, opportunities and pitfalls in today’s volatile property market at STProperty Seminar 2012
Singapore, 12 October 2012 – STProperty, Singapore Press Holdings’ online property portal, will be holding its inaugural seminar for real estate investors and potential property investors on 13 October 2012.
The seminar, titled “Outlook of Property Market 2012/ 2013: Trends, Opportunities & Pitfalls”, will feature four distinguished speakers: Mr Png Poh Soon, Head of Research & Consultancy with Knight Frank; Mr Nicholas Mak, Executive Director and Head of the Research & Consultancy Department at SLP International Property Consultants; Mr Tan Kok Keong, Director of Research & Consultancy Department with OrangeTee and Ms Eunice Tan, Director of JPS Consultancy Pte Ltd.
The four speakers, all experts in their own fields, will explore in detail some relevant topics that are currently keeping the property scene abuzz, namely the proliferation of shoebox residential properties in Singapore, the increasing demand for Singapore’s commercial and industrial property market, the opportunities present in property investment in Myanmar and the advantages of buying property using a company.
The seminar, which will see more than 360 paid registrants attending it, will be held at Holiday Inn Singapore, Orchard City Centre. Registration began on 19 September 2012. Tickets were sold out the following week.
