Aimed to foster greater interaction with and among readers of The Peak, it was the perfect mix of fun and serious competition, fostering and strengthening friendships.
A total of 144 golfers from Singapore’s diplomatic community and corporate elite competed in the 18-hole game. Players snacked on Morton’s Steak sandwiches, quality beer and ice cream from Tiger and Magnolia.
After the afternoon game, golfers were treated to a lavish dinner and had the opportunity to network while savouring single malt Scotch whiskey from The Glenlivet, which was one of the event’s lifestyle partners.
Apart from 50 lucky draw prizes, novelty prizes included golfing equipment from Mizuno, Adams Golf and Greg Norman. The Hole-in-One prizes included a Mercedes Benz SLK 200 and a Corum Golden Bridge Timepiece worth $50,000.
The top three golfers took home The Peak Golf Tournament winner trophies from Daum, and won prizes worth a total of $20,000, courtesy of Aibi, Tempur, Montblanc and the Park Hotel Group.
