The annual event is back again with 208 nominees across 24 categories to vie for the coveted title of being the people’s choice
Back for the fourth year, AsiaOne readers will once again decide which brands, products and services are worthy of the AsiaOne People’s Choice Awards 2011/12.
There are 24 categories this year, streamlined from 31 last year. This is due to the consolidation of several categories from the past year to give a more definitive representation of the lifestyle products that readers prefer.
Several new categories including ‘Best Tablet’ and `Best Car Insurer’ have also been added to the list this year to reflect the increasingly diverse products and services available in the market.

Audi and Carousel by Royal Plaza on Scotts are among the many brands which have been re-nominated this year, with the Audi A1 and A7 nominated in the Best Car category and Carousel in the Best Buffet Restaurant category.

Any member of the public is entitled to vote in one or more categories for the AsiaOne People’s Choice Awards 2011/12 from now till mid-December 2011. Voters stand a chance to win an Apple Macbook as well as shopping and dining vouchers. The final results, which will be based entirely on readers’ votes, will be revealed at an award presentation ceremony to be held in the first quarter of 2012.
