Winner gets $10,000 in cash and a modelling contract with Maybelline
Singapore, 4 October 2011 - The New Paper New Face 2011 Grand Finals will be held this Thursday (6 October) at Takashimaya Square.
Into its 19th year, The New Paper (TNP) New Face has discovered fresh faces who went on to have successful careers in modelling and show business. They include models Christabel Campbell and Nargis Musawwir, actress/model Dawn Yeoh, Julie Tan, Nura J and Desiree Siaahan as well as beauty queens Colleen Francisca, Rachel Kum and Jessica Tan.
The stakes have been raised this year. Besides getting her name added to the impressive list of past winners, the winner of The New Paper New Face 2011 will get to launch her modelling career with a Maybelline contract worth $10,000 in addition to the cash prize of $10,000. The 1st and 2nd runners-up will each win $5,000 and $3,000 cash respectively.

Two new subsidiary titles, The New Paper Best Catwalk Award and the InnerShine Miss Radiant Skin Award, have been added this year, making it a total of six subsidiary titles to be awarded.
The New Paper Miss Popularity Award will be given to the finalist who received the most votes by TNP readers. The other three subsidiary awards are the Subaru Miss Vivacious Award, Miss Levi's Award, and the InnerShine Miss Beautiful Eyes Award.
The New Paper New Face 2011 is presented by Subaru Motorimage, and co-sponsored by Maybelline New York, Levi's and Brand's InnerShine.
