Car enthusiasts throng ST Classified’s Car-nival to look for good bargains on cars and accessories

With one more day left to Car-nival, be sure to swing by for your pick of the latest car models and car accessories under one roof

Singapore, 19 August 2017 – The first day of ST Classified’s Car-nival, its first ever car exhibition in town, saw car enthusiasts snap up good bargains. Whether they were looking to upgrade to a new car, pre-owned model or get new accessories for their existing vehicle, there were good deals waiting to be picked up.

With one more day left to the event, car buyers still have time to come down and pick up great deals, be it new or pre-owned vehicles, or looking for new accessories for their current ride.

The very first deal of the event was closed at 11.30am – a Suzuki Every sold at $67,800. The buyer, Mr Lim Kher Wee, came to the event with the intention of getting a family Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) for his wife and initially found the 660cc Suzuki too small.

Mr Alan Goh, 45, the salesperson who sealed the deal said: “He walked around to compare prices from other companies but eventually found the deal we offered fitted his budget best.”

Organised by ST Classifieds, Car-nival is the one-stop venue for car enthusiasts and newbies alike. Offerings from some 16 car and motoring products exhibitors including Motorway Ssangyong and Vertex Euro Motors, are still available.

Do check out car models such as Honda, Mercedes, Seat, SsangYong and Toyota, as well as commercial vehicles including Nissan, Suzuki, Volkswagen and more.

Car-care and add-on accessories, such as car coating systems, dash cams, interior shampoos and more are also available. Among the throng of eager-eyed buyers and viewers browsing through deals at the booths was Mr David Gay, 59, who saw a print advertisement of the event in the newspaper and decided to make his way down to explore the deals offered.

Mr Gay said: “I just got a car so I went for the accessories instead. The car polish package is cheaper here.” Mr Gay also walked away with a Canon camera from the sure-win lucky catcher.

Car buyers also stand a chance to win one of three Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 tablets, and all visitors who spend at least $100 get a shot at the sure-win lucky catcher to take home goodies such as cameras, watches and shopping vouchers.

Exhibitor Mr Ng Hoy Keng, Chairman of Leco, said: “I am an ardent supporter of SPH and I am confident that the attractive advertisement and promotions they put up will draw crowds. As the only parallel importer in the event, I know I have a competitive edge over others and I have the largest crowd.”

Make a date with us and head on down to Car-nival for the biggest bargains on your favourite car brands and accessories. Don’t miss out!
