Learn all about health, wellness and nutrition at inaugural Health Fiesta

Singapore, 7 June 2017 – Health Fiesta, the inaugural health, wellness and nutrition event, brings three days of fun and learning for consumers aged 40 and above.

Expect more than 50 exhibitors from various health and wellness industries, with key partners such as Health Domain, Brand’s®, The Hearing Specialist and Anlene. Other partners at the event include agencies Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, NTUC U Live, National Cancer Centre Singapore, National Healthcare Group Polyclinics, and sponsors Golden Eagle, Equal, Eu Yan Sang, Familia, Kikoman, Max Tea, Mayer, MegCD Pte Ltd, Robert Timms and Wassertec.
 
What visitors can expect
Learn how to plan for the future and make early plans for retirement with CPF Board at the Activity Area. Visitors can discover their retirement personality and enjoy an immersive 360 degree experience at the virtual reality booths. They can also redeem an exclusive premium from the CPF Board by completing the booth activities.
 
The NTUC U Live Ambassadors at the Conference Area will hold workshops and seminars aimed at enriching lives through lifelong learning across all three days of the Health Fiesta. Workshops include learning how to use Whatsapp or Facebook more effectively to stay better connected with friends and family, and crafting colourful works of art for the home or garden with Macramé – the art of knotting strings to make decorations. Over at the Activity Area, NTUC U Live Ambassadors will lead visitors through dance routines to the beat of popular K-Pop songs.
 
The Cancer Education Booth (booth A20) by the National Cancer Centre Singapore is packed with fun-filled games and activities that bring to life fascinating facts to help identify and fight cancer. Speakers from the National Cancer Centre Singapore will also hold seminars at the Conference Area on topics like “Eating and Feeling well with Cancer” and “Cancer: Know it, Fight It”.
 
As part of the exclusive deals available only to visitors to Health Fiesta, BUZZ (boots E18 – E20) will have “Golden Hour” deals at 3pm daily. Free workouts at Activity Area
KpopX Fitness combines simple K-Pop dance moves with aerobics and body toning exercises. Body Art is a functional whole body workout which regards the human body as a functional unit of body, mind and soul. It is a combined workout of Pilates and Yoga, and is focused on helping one to find awareness of his or her own body and to create a basis for health and well-being. These free sessions will be held at Activity Area daily, 3pm and 5pm respectively.
