Tickets to various Asian Masters events are moving fast with limited tickets remaining.
Singapore, 24 October 2011 – The best of Asian epicurean delights will be celebrated during the second edition of Asian Masters, which will be held from 1 to 30 November 2011. Tickets to Asian Masters are now available and some events have been met with great enthusiasm.
Only a limited number of tickets remain for the following events:
- Henschke Wine Dinner
3 November, 8pm at Grand Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Singapore
- A Gastronomic Evening at Iggy's with Domaine Faiveley
8 November, 8pm at Iggy’s (Level 3 Hilton Singapore)
- André's Asian Odyssey with M.Chapoutier
24 November, 7pm at André (41 Bukit Pasoh Road)

- Treasures Dinner with Celebrity Chef Susur Lee
10 November, 7.00pm at Chinois (Hotel Michael, 26 Sentosa Gateway)
In his first appearance in Asian Masters, celebrity Chef Susur Lee will present his special creations of Chinese delicacies at Chinois. Chef Susur Lee is an internationally-acclaimed Chef and has been awarded a host of accolades in his quest for culinary excellence, including the ‘At-Sunrice Global Chef© Award 2006’; ‘American Academy of Hospitality Services, Five-Star Diamond Award’ in 1998 where he was selected as one of the World’s Best Chefs; and the ‘CAA Diamond Awards/Four Diamond Award’ for seven consecutive years from 2002 to 2008. He was also featured in the reality programme “Top Chef Masters”.
- Imperial Hairy Crab Banquet with Champagne Taittinger
15 November, 7.00pm at Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck, Paragon
Coinciding with the hairy crab season, guests will be able to savour the flavours of hairy crab-inspired cuisines featuring dishes such as Braised Pork Meat Ball with Hairy Crab Meat & Roe paired with the prestigious Champagne Taittinger.
- Asian-Inspired Champagne Brunch
12 and 13 November, 10.00am and 4.00pm at Privé Waterfront Bar (2 Keppel Bay Vista, Marina at Keppel Bay)
Featuring the culinary talents of The Prive Group’s Executive Chef Derek Ang and Pastry Chef Esther Cheng, the brunch will showcase an ingenious approach to an Asian inspired menu and signature creations coupled with Champagne while enjoying a laid-back alfresco dining experience with a saxophone performance and DJ set by DJ Kentaro.
- An Oriental Truffle Dinner with Michele Chiarlo Wines
18 November, 7.00pm at Cherry Garden, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore
Guests will indulge in a premium and exclusive dining experience featuring Asian-inspired truffle cuisine paired with an exquisite selection of fine wines from Michele Chiarlo's single vineyards at Cherry Garden which was awarded the Asia’s Finest Restaurants 2010/2011 by The Miele Guide.
- A Treasury of Family Recipes featuring Sam, Forest and Ma Ma Leong
5, 12, 19 and 26 November, 10.00am and 1.30pm at Sam. Leong@Forest Cooking School (4A Craig Road)
Celebrity Chef Sam Leong and his wife Chef Forest Leong will be back for the second time to hold four culinary workshops for Asian Masters. Each workshop will focus on a different theme. For this edition, Sam Leong’s mother will join in the cooking demo for one of the workshops featuring Mama Leong's favourite Asian cuisine.
